**Cancellation Policy for The Hair Chambers** We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To provide the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: 1. **Appointment Cancellations** - **24-Hour Notice:** We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. - **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. - **No-Shows:** Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. 2. **Rescheduling Appointments** - **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any rescheduling fees. 3. **Emergency Cancellations** - **Emergencies:** We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency. We will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis. 4. **Repeat Cancellations** - **Repeat Offenders:** Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be required to prepay for future services or may lose the privilege of booking appointments in advance. 5. **Payment of Fees** - **Fee Payment:** Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking a new appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide excellent service to all our clients, and adhering to this policy helps us achieve that. Thank you for choosing The Hair Chambers. **Salon Policy - No additional party unless stylist preapproves -Pictures and videos -Late fee-$30 will be charged 15 minutes after appointment start time. -For those seeking an appointment on my off day, there will be an additional $100 charge. -Please note that I will be taking photos and videos of the service provided without requiring explicit permission. **Deposits and services are NON-REFUNDABLE - Deposits can be paid via Zelle and are applied to your service cost -Remaining balance is due via cash or Zelle once service is rendered.
